The job applying business sucks. You gotta send in résumés, cover letters, fill out applications all for the same job. And for what? What additional information do jobs normally ask you? Nothing. They ask you all the same info so why do we really need all these ways to apply? If you want an application let me fill out a regular application not a long personality test. If you want a résumé and cover letter just tell me please? It would help me so much and save me so much time don't make me tell you my name three times and you still get it wrong. I'm just saying because no one wants to do all of that for a job. Actually what jobs should do is just have open interviews people can bring you their résumés or fill out your applications and on certain days or months you have an open interview session people would come out and you can meet each and everyone one of them. They might be more interesting in person than they are on paper. And isn't that the beauty? I mean you will deal with them more in person than on paper.
